Conditions for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions, provided they are reported immediately after receiving and inspecting the product:
- Incorrect Product: You received the wrong item in terms of size, quantity, or type.
All returns must include the original packaging and components. Any modifications made to the product or its packaging may result in rejection of the return request.
Non-Returnable Situations
Please note, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- You changed your mind and no longer want the item
- You entered an incorrect or incomplete address, which resulted in a failed delivery
In the case of missing parcels, we will verify the provided address. If the address was correct but the parcel was lost, we will refund the original purchase price. However, no refunds will be issued if the delivery failed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Refund Process
If your return request is approved after our investigation, a refund will be processed for the product's original purchase price. Please note that handling and shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order did not arrive, and the issue was not due to an incorrect address, a full refund will be issued.
It typically takes around two weeks for the refund to reflect on your account. If you do not see the funds after this period, we recommend contacting your payment provider for further assistance.
