Shipping Policy
The Shipping Policy covers the many types of shipments used by Prosportscart. Please read the paragraphs below to avoid additional confusion.
We are concerned about your safety and would like to assure you that all safety and sanitary precautions are taken by our employees as well as in the warehouse. We normally dispatch the things as soon as we receive them from the sellers, however this may not be the same day as your order.
Our default mode of transmission at Prosportscart is Registered mode, which takes 4-5 days to deliver the items. If you desire your delivery sooner, you must select our Airmail transmission mode, which takes only 2-3 days. We would like to remind you that the latter must be explicitly selected to ensure speedy delivery and will cost more than Registered mode. Shipments will not be processed on weekends or public holidays; thus, any confirmation received on those days will be processed the next working day.
Please include the correct and complete address, including the area code, so that we can assure the safe and easy delivery of your item. Please ensure your or someone else's presence at the address when the item arrives. If that doesn't happen, we'll have to deliver it to your local post office, where you'll have to pick it up within a few days.
The import fees will not be included in the delivery costs we display. Your country or post office may levy import costs in the form of import fees or taxes, which you must pay. Prosportscart shall not be held liable if you fail to make the payment. So, to avoid such scenarios, please check your country's import regulations.
Certain events will be unpredictable and hard to regulate at times, particularly during the ongoing pandemic. Natural calamities such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and floods are examples, as are political upheavals such as civil wars, riots, and curfews. We'd have to stop and wait for things to calm down, which is doubtful, so we'd refund your money in full.
